Challenge yourself to something creative and join Team Black Dog in the 14 Day Your Way Challenge. The choice is yours! You can work on one creative task over the 14 days, form a healthy new daily habit, or do something new each day. Think of something that’s fun for you.
Make sure you film your challenge progress daily dance and share it on your Facebook and Instagram with the hashtag #14DaysYourWay and a link to your fundraising page, so that your loved ones can support you and support mental health. Every dollar your Challenge raises will help Black Dog Institute reach more people across Australia with remotely-accessible mental health tools.
