Exercise Your Mood Walk is Sydney’s ONLY half marathon walk under the stars!
Starting at 6pm on Saturday 12th October, 2019, the walk will take you on a 21.1km journey through urban parkland and past the iconic stadiums of Olympic Park. The event starts and finishes at Fig Grove.

One in five Australians are affected by mental illness each year. Mental illness can be overwhelming, crippling and isolating.
65% of people with a mental illness do not seek help. Walking together will provide the opportunity to start a conversation about mental health and encourage help-seeking.
