I'm putting on the hiking boots yet again for Black Dog Institute. This time I'm taking on Tasmania's beautiful Cradle Mountain.
The last 2 years has been tough on everyone and we need to focus more on mental health. Now more than ever we need to take care of ourselves and others.
Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.
I'm inspired by the work of Black Dog Institute and want to support them by raising money as part of my participation in Black Dog Institute's Cradle Mountain Challenge.
