I'm standing up to join Team Black Dog again! to turn ground breaking research into life saving action.


Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.


I'm inspired by the work of Black Dog Institute and want to support them by raising money as part of my participation in Black Dog Institute's Hike for Mental Health: Kokoda 2023.

Breaking the stigma on Mental Health

Hi there... so here we are again hey. Trek number 2 for lydi raising money for mental health.

What a beautiful, inspiring event to be a part of. The Black Dog Institute is such a wonderful organisation to be fundraising for. So many humans are unfortunately struggling with the dementors, not sure how to get the help they need. 

But thankfully there are organisations that provide that much needed help. I am so proud and grateful to be able to fundraise for the Black Dog Institute once again
