Help me create a mentally healthier world!

I'm standing up to join Team Black Dog to turn ground breaking research into life saving action.

Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.

I'm inspired by the work of Black Dog Institute and want to support them by raising money as part of my participation in Black Dog Institute's Hike for Mental Health: Kokoda 2023.

Please help me help them by giving whatever you can.

As we approach the final weeks before i head off to Kokoda i would like to send a huge thank you to all that have supported me along this fundraising journey as with yesterday's Donut and cookie day the support i was given from Specialty Donuts who supplied the donuts and Rydges Hotel Campbelltown for allowing me to host the fundraiser was outstanding.
As some of you are aware i have completed Kokoda before in 2017 and i had the best time and made some great friends who i admire and respect.
Kokoda itself is a challenge and a testing place, it has beauty, and a tough side that you will all sit back at the end of the day and appreciate what our young lads went through in their time of war. The best advice that i have is just enjoy every moment it's something that will stay with you forever. once again Thank you to all for your support so far it means a lot.

Hi All,
Only a couple of weeks in and I'm just over the $1300 mark on my fund-raising efforts. 
I'm ever so greatful to those kind souls who have donated to this wonderful cause.
