This September, I'll be riding my bike from Dubbo Zoo to Hunter Valley Zoo to raise vital funds and support mental health research with Black Dog Institute.
Too many of us 'wake up to survive' instead of 'wake up to thrive'.
1 in 5 of us will experience symptoms of mental illness in any given year. In Australia that’s around 5 million people. And roughly 60% of these people won’t seek help.
So I’m jumping on the bike and doing my bit. It’s not just about a big ride — it’s about raising funds to support better mental health for all of us.
