Zoo2Zoo for Mental Health!
I'm taking part in Zoo2Zoo to raise vital funds vital funds for Black Dog Institute.
1 in 5 of us will experience symptoms of mental illness in any given year. In Australia that’s around 5 million people. And roughly 60% of these people won’t seek help.
I will saddle up and raise funds to show support for mental health research.
Please donate and empower everyone in Australia to look after their mental health.

Tuesday 23rd Sep The ride is completed and thank you everyone for your support. The weather gods were kind to us, and we had a blast even though my body says otherwise. Lots of talk already about 2026 and if I'm healthy, I'll be there for sure.

Three weeks to go!
Saturday 30th Aug I have had the luxury of a long holiday where I did no riding and with three weeks to go before the ride, I'm getting back into it. In the few weeks left there will be a combination of short rides (30 to 40 kms) and long rides (100kms +).
The journey has begun
Sunday 20th Jul I along with another 20 or so riders will be doing this ride from Dubbo to Newcastle over three days in September 2025. Training has started in earnest, and I can tell you, it's cold in the mornings. The ride will be in warmer mates and all I can say is bring it on. ShareThank you to my Sponsors
