Dry July

I will be completing Dry July this year. Traditionally, this campaign has helped raise funds for Cancer Awareness. 

Personally, I know the negative impact that alcohol has on my mental health. For this reason, over the course of the month of July (potentially longer) any funds that I would have spent on alcohol, I will be donating. 

I encourage anyone and everyone to take time in July to put their health and wellbeing first (in which ever way you see fit!). 

2020 has been a year that none of us could have prepared for, however, we can still make it a year of learning and growth. 

I am by no means asking for donations, however, I know personally this is something I need to back and support in which ever way I can.  Unfortunately, my hometown has seen first hand the impacts of depression and mental health illness. Do it for your brothers, fathers, uncles, cousins... yourself. This is something we can all work together on! 

If anyone wants to join me in sobriety, please let me know! I'd love to start a group chat to support anyone who takes on the challenge.
