Zoo2Zoo for Mental Health!
I'm taking part in the epic Zoo2Zoo ride from Melbourne to Dubbo to raise vital funds vital funds for Black Dog Institute.
Nine consecutive days of riding for a total distance covered of roughly 1,400 kms. For those cycling buffs, this includes over 15,000 metres of climbing.
1 in 5 of us will experience symptoms of mental illness in any given year. In Australia that’s around 5 million people. And roughly 60% of these people won’t seek help.
I will saddle up and raise funds to show support for mental health research.
