Zoo2Zoo for Mental Health!
I'm clearing my head and finding my legs by taking part in Zoo2Zoo to raise vital funds for Black Dog Institute.
1 in 5 of us will experience symptoms of mental illness in any given year. In Australia that’s around 5 million people. And roughly 60% of these people won’t seek help.
I will saddle up and raise funds to show support for mental health research.
I'll ride with the Zooers from Melbourne to Canberra over six days. To test myself, I'll first bike pack to the Melbourne start line from home in Canberra.
