In 47 days, I'm taking part in Zoo2Zoo to raise vital funds vital funds for Black Dog Institute. I've seriously enjoyed challenging myself on the bike since January 2024 & this is my 2nd charity event.
1 in 5 will experience symptoms of mental illness in any given year. In Australia that’s around 5 million people. And roughly 60% of these people won’t seek help.
I will saddle up and raise funds to show support for mental health research.
