This year, I'm "stepping up" up to join Team Black Dog to turn ground breaking research into life saving action.
Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. It is something that has not only effected myself and my family, but many of our friends and other business owners.
I'm inspired by the work of Black Dog Institute and want to support them by raising money as part of my participation in Black Dog Institute's Cradle Mountain Challenge.
