We're getting active to promote mental health research.
Research shows that exercise has many benefits for physical and mental health.
People who exercise regularly tend to do so because it gives them an enormous sense of wellbeing.
Proudly supporting Black Dog during Mental Health month, Komatsu has created a virtual challenge to travel the distance from Moss Vale to Rockhampton. Working as teams, we will run, ride, roll or stroll our way to complete the 1500km distance.
