Bridge Housing, Hume Community Housing, Link Housing and SGCH have joined forces to help raise funds for a mentally healthier Australia.
During September we will step it up for Black Dog Institute and the challenge is for the teams to complete at least 30 million steps in September in an effort to raise $10,000 for The Black Dog Institute.
Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities..
