Walk it

A walking challenge can be tailored to suit almost any ability or fitness level. You can get sponsored to do a long walk or regular short walks within a certain time frame.

Play it

Why not play your favourite sport to raise money? You can organise a golf day, a soccer game or even a ping pong tournament. A regular match with your sports team can be made into a fundraiser by simply putting on a barbecue or holding a raffle.

Swim it

Is there anything more refreshing than a dip in the pool or ocean? Getting sponsored for a daily splash is a great way to clear your head and raise money to support better mental health for all.

Chris and Michael’s
meaningful moment

Chris and Michael cycled 1200kms in 11 days, and not on any ordinary bike but a TANDEM BIKE. They dedicated the challenge to Chris’ brother Daniel. In honour of his memory, they raised more than $17,000 for Black Dog Institute.

“We had an incredible time throughout the journey (despite it being the most gruelling thing we've ever done) and met some amazing people. The tandem bike and our Hawaiian shirts were a great ice breaker in striking up multiple conversations and laughs with people along the journey.

“We were doing this in honour of Daniel and we felt his aura with us throughout the journey. We are very proud that we could contribute to the fantastic work Black Dog Institute does for our community.”
