Listen up, Burg!
Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety. The impact can be devastating, not only for those living with it, but for those around them.
That’s why it is imperative that Burgmann College plays its part in bringing about change, by encouraging as many of its community members as possible to don a brand new hair-do or eyebrow slit - all whilst raising funds for the Black Dog Institute. Every dollar raised will support crucial mental health research and support services that help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
Help Burgmann create a meaningful moment for mental health by either putting your hand up for a trim or throwing your support behind your mates who do.
Be there on the Day of the Chop - Friday May 23rd - and get involved! The Sausages will be roaring on the barbie, with all proceeds going to Black Dog Institute.
