Buzz Cuts for Mental Health

By Joe Compton

What we're doing

This June for Men's Health Week, Max, Luke and I are taking part in a fundraising challenge by getting buzz cuts to support mental health research through the Black Dog Institute.

As young men, the importance of mental health and stress, anxiety and depression can have a huge impact on people and families. Mental health is something that should be talked about openly, and we want to do our part to help raise awareness and support those who may be struggling.

By getting buzz cuts, we hope to start conversations, raise awareness, and raise funds for the Black Dog Institute, whose research and programs are helping improve mental health outcomes across Australia.

Any donation, big or small, would be greatly appreciated and will go directly towards supporting mental health research and initiatives.

Thank you for your support.
