Nobody Moves Alone
On Saturday 24 October, CrossFit Diamond Valley will stay moving for 24 hours in support of the Black Dog Institute.
From 7:30am Saturday to 7:30am Sunday, our community will come together for workouts, challenges, games and movement, raising funds to support better mental health outcomes for Australians.
There will be something for everyone, whether you're joining us for one session or taking on the full 24 hours.
THE 24 HOURS
🏋️ 7:30AM — Super Saturday
👨👩👧 9:30AM — Kids + Parents
🏝️ 10:30AM — Race to Phillip Island
💪 1:30PM — Handley
🦾 2:30PM — Move the Gym
🧘 3:30PM — Mobility + Yoga
🏃 4:30PM — Nobody Runs Alone
🍕 7:30PM — Pizza + Trivia + Games
🏋️ 10:30PM — 50,000KG
🌙 12:00AM — Graveyard Shift
🌅 4:00AM — The Final Push
Throughout the 24 hours, we'll track our combined running, rowing, biking, skiing, squats, repetitions and kilograms lifted to create one giant scoreboard showing exactly what our community achieved together.
This isn't about being the fittest person in the room.
It's about showing up, moving together and supporting each other.
