Exercise Your Moodwalk is a new & fun event in Centennial Park on Saturday 4th May 2019.

Walk 5km or 10km for mental health & bring your friends!

Starting at 8am, the walk takes you on a journey through the sights and sounds of Centennial Parklands.

Deck yourself out in your brightest gear, grab your friends and challenge yourself.

Meet our Exercise Your Mood ambassador, Michelle Bridges, and fundraise a minimum of $100 for mental health.

Why walk?

Our research shows that that just one hour of exercise a week helps prevent depression.

One in five Australians are affected by mental illness each year. Mental illness can be overwhelming, crippling and isolating.

65% of people with a mental illness do not seek help.  Walking together will provide the opportunity to start a conversation about mental health and encourage help-seeking.

The event will raise much needed funds for Black Dog Institute.
