There are a few different ways you can make this special tribute to your loved one. Whether it's part of a funeral collection, or for donations in lieu of flowers, or to honour an anniversary, we're here to help.
How does it work?
When you sign up, you’ll create your own online page dedicated to your loved one. You can share pictures and a personal message. You can then share this page with your friends and family and ask them to donate. If your donation page is part of a funeral collection and we can create a QR code for guests to scan and donate at the funeral.

In loving memory of Clive
The Black Dog Institute extends its sincere gratitude to Sheree, Alan & Ryan Vere Bowles Hunt and extended family and friends for their generosity in loving memory of their beloved, Clive.
Clive was a treasured husband to Lisa, son to Alan & Sheree, and brother to Ryan. Clive lived a full life while battling his ongoing struggles with depression and anxiety. The Hunt Family supported Black Dog Institute in memory of Clive and as a gesture of solidarity with all families and individuals continuing their struggles in life.
The Hunt family’s generosity will support the Black Dog Institute’s mission to achieve a mentally healthier world for all through understanding, diagnosis and management of mental illnesses.
