Help me make it meaningful
Mental health affects all of us — as future paramedics, we see just how real that impact can be.
Physical activity isn’t just good for the body — it plays a vital role in improving mood, reducing stress, and supporting mental health.
That’s why we’re coming together to get moving and raise funds for the Black Dog Institute. Over the next two months, our paramedicine cohort is aiming to collectively reach a huge goal: more than 20,000 minutes of physical activity in support of mental health research, education, and suicide prevention across Australia.
Whether it’s a walk, a workout, or a sweaty sprint to class, every minute counts — and so does every dollar.
Support our movement for mental health. Donate now, and help us make a difference.
Thank you.

Kicking Off
Tuesday 15th Jul
The CAA214 paramedicine cohort 8-week movement challenge will kick off this Saturday, in support of the Black Dog Institute. Together, we’re aiming to log over 20,000 minutes of physical activity while raising awareness and funds for mental health research, education, and suicide prevention.
As part of the team, I’ve set myself a personal goal of 600 minutes.
If you’d like to chip in or cheer us on, your support means a lot.
Thank you!
