I'm standing up to join Team Black Dog to turn ground breaking research into life saving action.

Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.

I am a critical care (emergency) nurse and a qualified yoga teacher. Having worked across a couple of large metropolitan hospitals in Melbourne during this pandemic, and seeing the effects COVID-19 has had on so many individuals' mental health has motivated me to give back! Please see below a few 'Yoga for Friends' videos I have created accessible online free! The practice of yoga helps to create connection and awareness and relieve stress and anxiety.
