The impact can be devastating, not only for those living with it but for those around them.
We strongly believe that our gym and community play a significant role in reducing mental illness.
That's why we are organising an event to raise funds for the black dog institute and promote the significance of being part of a supportive community and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
