Mental Health; it's always personal. 

A table in was born out of a now infamous open door Paddington Sunday lunch hosted by Will Beedham to welcome and bring together his new neighbourhood. What started off as five friends sharing a love of food and wine quickly developed into a weekly social with as many as ninety locals turning up for Sunday lunch. 

“It is our hope that A Table In becomes bigger than just a communal, delicious meal; that it inspires us to check in on ourselves, our friends and our community - to slow down and savour the good things in life. So come one, come all and have a good time for a great cause.”

Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety. The impact can be devastating, not only for those living with it, but for those around them.

That’s why I’m hosting my very own event, to raise funds for the Black Dog Institute. Every dollar raised will support crucial mental health research and support services that help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
