CPG’s Mental Health Month – Supporting Each Other, Every Step of the Way

At CPG, we understand that mental health matters. With 1 in 5 Australians experiencing mental health challenges each year, we believe it’s our responsibility to foster a culture of honesty, respect, and support for those who need it most.

This March, we’re championing Mental Health Awareness Month, raising funds for the Black Dog Institute to support crucial research and services that help individuals impacted by mental illness and suicide.

Our commitment to mental health aligns with our CPG Values:

🔹 Honesty & Trust – We openly discuss mental health challenges, breaking down stigma and ensuring no one suffers in silence.
🔹 Respect & Diversity – We treat everyone with dignity, embracing the unique experiences and struggles each individual faces.
🔹 Responsibility & Accountability – We take action, standing together as a team to make a tangible difference.
🔹 Fair Dealings & Confidence – We believe everyone deserves equal access to mental health support and are committed to advocating for change.

We invite you to stand with us. Every contribution brings us one step closer to a world where no one has to face mental illness alone.
