Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – affecting 1 in 5 Australians each year with challenges like depression and anxiety. The effects can be profound, not just for those experiencing it, but also for their loved ones.
In the spirit of giving - help me give those that face these struggles a fighting chance to survive and thrive.
I’ve decided to take action by buzzing off these long luscious locks and raising funds for the Black Dog Institute. Every dollar we raise will contribute to vital mental health research and support services that assist Australians dealing with mental illness and the impact of suicide.
