Three thousand people take their lives every year in Australia. Every year I try to do my bit by hiking as far as I can on my birthday.
This year I am hiking 37 kilometres in a day, from Sorell to Hobart. Please donate for a great cause and to a great foundation, the Black Dog Institute.
