Help me create a mentally healthier world
80 DAYS DRY & 50KM ON THE TRAILS
Most of you will appreciate how hard it would be for us to all go without a drink for 80 days....yes 80, not sure we have thought this through! However, this will be nothing compared to those that battle a mental illness on a daily basis, now more than ever.
Majority of people are affected by mental illness in one way or another, either first hand or through family and friends.
For the next 80 days, we are hanging up the schooner glasses and tying up our boots to raise awareness and funds for a cause close to our hearts.
To make things interesting, or possibly because the event was discussed after one too many (post last years event), we have made a deal to this year run 50km on the 6th November.
