Hi Everyone,
As most people know, I have signed up to do the 100km Ultramarathon, the UTA100, this year in May.
It will definitely be one of my toughest challenges so far and I figure, raising money for a great cause will be the perfect motivator.
So I have decided to raise money for Black Dog to turn ground breaking research into life saving action.
Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities
