Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety. The impact can be devastating, not only for those living with it, but for those around them.
Thats why we're hosting the Strength4strength 2023 Yoke challenge Brisbane Event.
Our group of Volunteer athletes will carry strongman yoke's, either individually or in teams, for a period of 5 hours.
This is a physically and mentally grueling event but absolutely worth it to raise awareness of what literally millions of people around the world go through every day.
Our event will be a festival atmosphere with vendors, raffles and the ability to join in with the athletes on the day to experience just what they're going through.
