5 Peaks Ultra Marathon for Mental Health
Dylan and Matt have decided to join Team Black Dog to turn ground breaking research into life saving action.
Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.
Exercise does not only provide physical benefits but is also a great way to gain mental clarity, improve mood and gain confidence in your own abilities.
Both of us are keen runners and what better way to challenge ourselves both physically and mentally than to run 58kms through the the hills of Adelaide for a great cause.
