R U ok awareness day

I’ll be raising awareness (and probably some eyebrows) this Thursday when I wear my fair dinkum R U OK budgie smugglers to work for the day.

My aim is to help raise funds for a charity I’ve chosen the black dog institute.

No one should suffer in silence, there is a lot of ways to ask for help and seek advice, my goal is to raise $250 but also have a laugh at my own expense and to make some other people laugh and smile at the same time.
