Fitness Playground Spinathon
We're spinning to help turn ground-breaking research into life-saving action, with the Black Dog Institute.
Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety.
To raise money and awareness, Fitness Playground will be hosting three back-to-back 2-hour spin classes. If we can 'cycle' 25km per hour, per person, between us we will have cycled the total distance from Marrickville to Perth!
Coach Jenny Duncan will be riding for the whole 6.5 hours herself!
