Running The Heysen Trail for Mental Health!
I'm joining Team Black Dog to turn ground breaking research into lifesaving action.
Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.
This August and September I'll be running the Heysen Trail, South Australia’s 1,200km walking trail stretching from Cape Jervis in the South, to the Flinders Rangers in the North. I'll be running north to south for 21 days with the aim to raise $2021, all going to the Black Dog Institute and all the amazing work that they do.
