Levs shave for mental health

This is for those suffering in isolation

Recently I have decided to make a personal effort to raise some awareness of, and funds for, depression. 

On the 26th of September I will be shaving my head to raise money towards something I believe is worthwhile, and definitely hits home for me. 

With all the drama in the world this year, being locked down and restricted from our normal routine, many people's lives are being turned upside down with depression.

Sometimes it's hard to understand why it's so difficult for others suffering with depression to get on with their everyday lives, but often the struggles are more than we can imagine.

I hope that by shaving my head I can help change at least one persons life and increase the awareness that its okay to not be okay, and to reach out to others for help.

I'm linking up with the Black Dog Institute to raise money towards further research in helping others with depression during this pandemic.
