Help me create a mentally healthier world

Hey guys,

As a part of 25 day pushup challenge I thought I would raise some money for a worthy organisation.

Mental Health research is lagging well behind that of general medical health, yet it's the leading cause of death for young people as a result of suicide. 

I'm hoping for donations to fund further research, and education so we can help change the statistics for those suffering from mental illness. Black dog has been a great resource for me personally and any donation big or small will make a difference.
