The Black Dog
Monday 12th Jul Hey guys,I’ve signed up to Ironman 70.3 in February 2022 and thought it would be a really good way to also raise money for something that’s had an affect on people close to me.
The Black Dog is an institute that raises awareness and puts time and effort into giving people the education and awareness of this shocking illness.
I’m going to being raising money on my new Instagram page ‘Theathleticdad’ I’ll be posting photos/videos of my training sessions and every day life being a busy dad.
I hope this not only helps those in need but also creates an Avenue for anyone out there to reach out and ask for help.
