We're riding to join Team Black Dog to turn ground breaking research into life saving action.
Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.
The distance of the ride is 1236km which we are tackling on a tandem bike. We have decided to tow our belongings instead of having a support crew. We are leaving our house in Kensington in the early hours of June 8 and aim to have the trip done in about 2 weeks.
