Help me create a mentally healthier world (100 kicks for 30 days)

I'm standing up to join Team Black Dog institute to turn ground breaking research into life saving action. Most people will experience depression sometime within their life, however some people can get to a point of no return, from drug abuse, alcohol abuse, harm to others (domestic abuse or child abuse), self harm and worst “SUICIDE”. Everything starts from the mind. It’s the main reason I'm doing this.
Around 800,000 people die by suicide in the world each year, which is roughly one death every 40 seconds.
The percentage of adults who experienced any symptoms of depression was highest among those aged 18–29 (21.0%), followed by those aged 45–64 (18.4%) and 65 and over (18.4%), and lastly, by those aged 30–44 (16.8%).
Findings demonstrate that both male and female suicide rates tend to be higher during the spring and summer months. Living with depression or post traumatic stress disorder can hit anybody at any time, however the momentum (The Snowball Effect) of this can begin in the winter months and carry itself into the summer months.
Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.

Rapping for a better world!
Monday 6th Dec
I remember working on the 21st of October around 8pm in South bank, Brisbane. I saw a bunch of male Teenagers and young adults rapping, I thought it was a bit mad at the start. The more I started to listen throughout, the more interested I was. They did their own song as well as doing well known songs like black eyed peas - where is the love, DMX - Lord give me a sign and others. At the end and start of each song they did. They would start to talk about their past, different ethnic groups in a good way, no to racism and violence, gangs they were in, damage they have done, the abuse they had to deal with growing up and so on. I came over to them and started to talk to them. Super nice people however they looked scary, hard faced, tough people. They wanted people to know whatever they have been through, there is always light at the end of every tunnel and anybody can have redemption. It was beautiful to see that. They would be able to tell you their story better, but it's just a shame I never ask for their information.

Been Thankful for what I have.
