In 2022, community mental health in rural Australia is at an all-time low. Help us make a difference!

#PlateForAMate is an awareness campaign, now in its third year, raising funds for the Black Dog Institute's Community Education programs. This year the focus is on supporting the mental health of our farmers, and people who work hard to put food on our plates. 

We're encouraging all Australians to make a donation and ‘share a plate with a mate’, reminding us of the importance of shared meals as a way of addressing mental health issues.
