Ride for Life

Help me make it meaningful

We’ve all had mates who’ve been bitten by the black dog.

We’ve all seen the toll mental illness takes — whether it’s depression, anxiety, or just feeling like you’re not built for this world.

It doesn’t care who you are. It doesn’t care how tough you look.

And far too often, it doesn’t let go.

But we believe in mateship. In showing up. In being the reason someone sticks around another day.

That’s why we’re putting on this event — not just to raise funds, but to raise each other.

It’s a day to come together, crack some smiles, feel human, and maybe even forget your troubles for a little while.

Because even that little moment can make a world of difference.

Every single day, 9 Australians take their own life.

And too many more are battling in silence.

We’re raising money for the Black Dog Institute — a bloody good crew doing real work to tackle suicide and mental health across the country.

Every dollar goes to research, support services, and awareness. It goes toward breaking the stigma, starting conversations, and saving lives.

So come down.

Ride your bike. Drive your car.

Have a feed. Grab a coffee.

Buy a raffle ticket. Share a laugh.

Be a part of something that matters.

Because when it comes to mental health — we ride together, or we fall apart.

Let’s show ‘em that people care.

Let’s prove it’s okay to talk.

Let’s make some noise for the ones who feel like they can’t.

This is for the ones still fighting. This is for the ones we’ve lost.

This is for all of us.
