Help me create a mentally healthier world
2020 has tested the mental health of many around the world.Mental illness is very common. One in five (20%) Australians aged 16-85 experience a mental illness in any year. The most common mental illnesses are depressive, anxiety and substance use disorder.
This year for my 30th birthday, Bhavna and I will be doing a sober November in the hopes of raising funds and awareness for mental health.
