TOSFC Will be holding a fundraiser on the 31st of July to support the Black Dog Institute, and promote positive conversation about mental health.
Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.

Mental Health Awareness Day
Tuesday 22nd JunTOSFC MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS DAY – SUPPORTING THE BLACK DOG INSITUTE
July 31st is TOSFC’s Mental Health Awareness Day, a day for TOSFC as a club and community to support the black dog institute and promote positive conversations and to help lift the stigma around mental health. There will be fundraising on the day, with major raffles and a “Bin-it-to-win-it” footy competition at half time of the A Grade. Make sure you wear something blue, to match the 3 grades blue socks. So grab a few mates, a cold one at the footy and have a conversation that could potentially change you or your mates life.
