Tag Along Crew

Help us create a mentally healthier world

Tag Along Crew are teaming up again in 2024 to support the Black Dog Institute.

The events will take place across Australia, with the first event kicking off in May and the last in October.

A little about Black Dog Institute:

Science. Compassion. Action.

1 in 5 of us will experience symptoms of mental illness in any given year. In Australia that’s around 5 million people. And roughly 60% of these people won’t seek help.

As the only medical research institute in Australia to investigate mental health across the lifespan, our aim is to create a mentally healthier world for everyone.

We do this through ‘translational’ research. Integrating our research studies, education programs, digital tools and apps, clinical services, and public resources to discover new solutions, foster connections and create real-world change.

Our partnerships with people with lived experience, federal, state and local governments, communities, schools, corporate Australia and others in the mental health sector enables us to drive evidence-informed change in mental health where it’s needed most.

Thank you to everyone that supported our Muddy for Mental Health 2024. Another fantastic event raising money for Black Dog Institute , a very worthy cause. 

After much fun and laughter on the tracks we headed back to the Reefton Hotel McMahons Creek where we ate, drank and danced the night away. Big shout to The Masons. Thanks guys you were brilliant 👏👏👏

MUDDY FOR MENTAL HEALTH VICTORIA 2023

Monday 22nd May
Firstly we would like to send a big shout out to our amazing members not only for supporting the MFHM event but also for being such bloody legends. We’ve said it before, it’s you guys that help make this group what it is 💕
The weekend was an outstanding success. Despite it being a little cold and wet, we had a ball. Track conditions made for a fun (and sometimes hairy) afternoon. But we hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did.
Obviously there’s a lot of hard work and support that goes into the event so we would like to make a special thanks to Erica Caravan Park (Bec and Trev) for hosting and for being all out champions and TAC supporters. It's that time of year again!

TAC4X4 are hosting their annual Muddy for Mental Health and we want you to save the date.

Last year, as a community we raised over $8000 to go toward mental health research and support for the Black Dog Institute. 

Did you know that over 60% of people experiencing Mental Health symptoms do not seek treatment? Let's break the stigma together.

This year will be bigger and better!

We're thankful for the support of the network throughout the Muddy for Mental Health Events and fund-raising period.

We have raised a total of $8,000 for 2022.
