Rotto Swim 2021
We are taking on the Rottnest Channel swim as a duo, Hele will be swimming 18 km's and Jack, 2. We want to throw our support behind Team Black Dog and all the amazing and groundbreaking research they are doing into mental health.
Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.
