Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.
Help us reach our goals and raise as much money as possible for mental health as anyone can be affected by it and this is a way for you to help them.
On September 1st the four of us are getting mullets as a representation of our fundraising towards the Black Dog Foundation's Mullets For Mental Health. Mental illness, includes a wide range disorders and diseases that can affect the way you think and the way you act. We are partaking to preach the importance of acknowledging and reaching out for support if needed. This can affect anyone and everyone, and it has affected people close to us.
