Hi everyone
This is just a little bit about why.
3 years ago I lost a very close mate of mine to suicide when he was 21. This for me was a massive shock and broke me into pieces. I didn't know why, or how to deal with it. I didn't know how to see the signs and blamed myself for a long time because of it. I didn't know how to communicate my thoughts or feeling and for me the turning point was realising how much love and support I had around me and that I wasn't alone.
No one deserves to feel like there is no one to listen or help. No one deserve to feel alone. Everyone's voice deserves an ear and hopefully though donating we can put more ears to listen to those who need it.
