Better U 22!!

You may know I loved a drink, 
One, then 5, then 24! 
But the time has come to stop and think
I don't want that any more! 

I want to practice what I preach
Break the cycle, Buck the trend
Goals like this aren't out of reach
This is where the trauma ends

A year I've pledged to touch no liquor
It's been hard, but I'm going strong
Many thought I'd be a quitter, 
Back me up, we'll prove em wrong!!

I'm hoping I have 100 friends that will donate $22 dollars in 2022 as I swear of alcohol for the whole year. Proceeds go to the Black Dog Institute raising money for mental health interventions 

UPDATE :D 
Almost at 6 months sober!! Lost 13kgs, got engaged, sleeping better and feeling clearer <3
