Your mental health is just as important as your physical wellbeing. It’s okay to not be okay, and that does not mean you’re weak in any way. Those feelings and thoughts are normal and common but don’t let them win. How you think and feel matters to everyone else around you and it should significantly matter to you as well. It’s okay to be vulnerable and open up to someone you feel comfortable with or a professional and talk about it. Take the day off work or school and focus on yourself. Speak up when something just doesn’t feel right and i guarantee you’ll have someone right behind you supporting you. 

Doing those things for your mental health doesn’t make you weak, it makes you stronger, helps you grow and keeps your mind refreshed and rejuvenated. You are priority in your own life and it deserves so much more attention and time.
