Michael's Silent Battle Walk for Awareness

Thursday 5th May
13 years ago, on July 11th, my father lost his silent battle with depression. He was the most genuinely generous, self-less, down-to-Earth and positively inspirational man who was always smiling, always working hard and always there. And he was suffering. Silently. 

Michael's Silent Battle is an annual 50 km, two day silent hike, through the most ancient places of healing in our Australian landscape, in tribute to my father and to raise awareness for all of those touched by depression and suicide. 

It is my personal mission to impact world health and wellness to ensure that everyone understands their value, worth and entitlement to a life of limitless love and abundance.
